Si el usuario est\u00e1 sin servicio desde que anunci\u00f3 un incidente hasta que se repone el servicio, autom\u00e1ticamente se descuenta este tiempo en forma proporcional al abono.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Soporte T\u00e9cnico Presencial Preferencial, prev\u00e9 una visita programada al usuario dentro de las 72 Hs h\u00e1biles de comunicado un incidente de falta de servicio.
